Only a 10 to 15 minute stroll to Kalkan old town, Villa Lucia is close enough to walk or take a short taxi ride to enjoy the buzz this beautiful town provides, yet far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Kalkan hills.
Villa Lucia is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens with a variety of mature palm, banana & citrus trees. Mediterranean flowers including vibrant Bougainvillea, sweet smelling Jasmine & Melissa, and potted geraniums all contributing towards a 'truly romantic setting'.
About your hosts
Welcome! We are your hosts Maria and Mark and we live in the West Midlands, UK.
Our first visit to Kalkan was in 2009 and like most people who visit, we fell in love with all the magic Kalkan brings. In 2018 we were very fortunate and became the proud owners of Villa Lucia. We absolutely love our home, and we love that we can share it with you.

The comfortable & homely lounge, overlooking the pool terrace area provides you with satellite TV, smart TV with Netflix app and HDMI port to allow you to connect your own streaming device. There is a Bluetooth music system you can connect to play your own music, a selection of CD's, books, board & card games for you to enjoy. For those who need to keep in touch with the outside world, Villa Lucia has complimentary Wi-Fi access. Our fully equipped kitchen provides a large marble breakfast bar and modern appliances including: cooking hob, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and a chilled 19 litre bottled water drinking dispenser.

"This place was amazing -- the view, the grounds, the inside spaces. The pool is right there and a great size for kids. The lounging areas around it are comfortable, convenient, and stylish. It's close enough to the town center but up high enough for amazing views. The price was an amazing value and the hosts were very sweet and great communicators. Kalkan itself was like a fairytale. We use a fantastic, luxury transfer company who are reliable and safe. With the transfer you are provided with drinks, snacks and music TV. It's a great way to start your holiday and a relaxing and hassle free way to start your journey home.
Our transfer company can provide car seats for children on request.
