Villa Lucia is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens with a variety of mature palm, banana & citrus trees. Mediterranean flowers including vibrant Bougainvillea, sweet smelling Jasmine & Melissa, and potted geraniums all contributing towards a 'truly romantic setting'.
Pool & garden
The secluded roof terrace, off the top floor bedroom, is the perfect place to relax for an evening with low traditional style turkish seating, egg chairs and marble dining table which is positioned perfectly for sitting in the evening with an evening meal or aperitifs before dinner in town. It's the perfect place to sit and admire the stars and stunning views of Kalkan and the bay as the sun sets.
Roof terrace

Master bedroom
On the first floor there are the two double bedrooms; The master ensuite bedroom boasts a super Emperor-size four poster bed, a large double and single wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. A double sliding door takes you out to the balcony.... overlooking the bay this is our favourite place to sit with a morning coffee.
Living room
Enjoy the beautiful view of the pool, overlooking Kalkan bay, as you relax with friends/family. Perfect for unwinding after a long day, a break from the sun, or for entertainment for the night. Locate The living room is also equipped with a 55" smart TV, including Netflix, perfect for a cozy movie night.
First floor & double bedroom
Also on the first floor is the Double ensuite bedroom with double wardrobe and chest of drawers which doubles as a dressing table. This light and airy room has a beautiful view of the bay from the bedroom balcony.
Top floor & terrace
On the top floor the ensuite Twin bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to a double bed. There is a double wardrobe and chest of drawers which doubles as a dressing table. This bedroom takes you out to the roof terrace with views of Kalkan to take your breath away! Our top floor ensuite bathroom has a large shower and a jacuzzi bath, just perfect for a soak at the end of the day.
Ground floor
On the ground floor, coming off the open plan kitchen and lounge, is the first of the ensuite bedrooms. This Twin bedroom has two single beds, double wardrobe and chest of drawers which doubles as a dressing table. This bathroom can be used as an ensuite to the ground floor bedroom, or a communal bathroom by locking one or the other doors. This room has a double sliding door to the side of the pool terrace, with views of palms and Kalkan bay.
